First launch
-
Import your existing hosts — or skip. The first time Termini opens, it offers Import ~/.ssh/config. If you already use
sshin Terminal, this brings everyHostentry over, including jump hosts (ProxyJump). Skip it and you start with an empty host list; you can import later. -
Grant access to
~/.ssh. Termini runs in the macOS App Sandbox, which means it can only read your~/.sshfolder once you allow it. When asked, click Grant Access and select the.sshfolder in your home folder. Termini remembers the permission. This is what lets it read your config and your key files. Can’t see
.ssh? It’s hidden: press ⇧⌘. in the file dialog to show hidden folders. -
Add a host if you didn’t import any: Hosts → +, then the name, address, user and how to sign in. See Adding hosts.
-
Open a terminal. Double-click a host, or press ⌘T and pick one. The first time you connect to a server, Termini shows its host-key fingerprint and asks you to trust it — see Host keys.
-
Open its files. Press ⇧⌘O from the terminal to jump to that host’s files in SFTP (opening a connection if there isn’t one), or ⇧⌘T for a new SFTP session on any host.
