Fleeq Hosting
Static sites
The Static Website plan serves files: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts. It’s the right plan for a hand-written site or the build output of Astro, Hugo, Jekyll, Eleventy, Vite, or a React/Vue app built to static files.
Where your files go
Section titled “Where your files go”Everything in the public/ folder is served; nothing outside it is. public/index.html is the home page.
public/├── index.html → https://site-<id>.fleeq.net/├── about/index.html → /about/├── css/site.css└── img/logo.pngUploading
Section titled “Uploading”- A few files: drag them into
public/in Files. - A whole site: zip your build output, upload the zip into
public/, and extract it — or use SFTP.
Changes are live immediately; no restart needed.
Single-page apps
Section titled “Single-page apps”A URL that matches no file is answered with index.html, so client-side routers (React Router, Vue Router) work without extra setup.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”In Startup:
| Variable | Default | |
|---|---|---|
DOC_ROOT |
public |
the folder that’s served |
INDEX_FILE |
index.html |
the file served for a folder, and for unmatched URLs |
ACCESS_LOG |
0 |
1 writes every request to the console — useful while debugging, noisy otherwise |
No PHP
Section titled “No PHP”The static plan doesn’t run PHP: a .php file is refused rather than served as source. For PHP, use WordPress.
