How quickly is my server ready?
Section titled “How quickly is my server ready?”Usually a few minutes. If a new machine has to be brought online first, allow about twenty. Rust then generates its map, which takes about ten more minutes.
What do I get access to?
Section titled “What do I get access to?”A full Pterodactyl panel account: live console, file manager, SFTP, scheduled tasks, backups and — where the plan includes them — databases. You can upload your own world, plugins, site or bot code.
Where do the servers run?
Section titled “Where do the servers run?”On dedicated hardware in the European Union (Paris). Your server and your data stay in the EU.
Do websites get HTTPS?
Section titled “Do websites get HTTPS?”Yes. Every web plan is published on its own address with a valid certificate — nothing to install, nothing to renew. See Your site’s address.
Can I use my own domain?
Section titled “Can I use my own domain?”Not by yourself yet; support can set it up for you.
Can I upgrade later?
Section titled “Can I upgrade later?”Not from the panel yet. Contact support and we’ll adjust your server’s memory, disk and CPU.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Section titled “Can I cancel whenever I want?”Yes: plans have no minimum term. See Cancelling.
I lost my panel password.
Section titled “I lost my panel password.”Use Forgot password on panel.fleeq.net. The one-time password page from your ready email can’t show it again — Fleeq doesn’t keep a copy.
Can several people manage one server?
Section titled “Can several people manage one server?”Yes — add them under Users on the server, each with their own login and permissions. See The control panel.
Are backups automatic?
Section titled “Are backups automatic?”Not unless you schedule them. Add a Create backup task to a schedule for nightly backups.
