Fleeq Hosting

From order to first login

  1. Choose a plan on fleeq.net/hosting. Switch between Monthly and Annual — annual is twelve months for the price of ten, paid up front. Prices on the page are read live from the billing system, so they’re what you’ll be charged.

  2. Enter your email. This is where the panel login and your server’s address go. Use one you’ll keep: it’s also how Fleeq recognizes you if you order again or need help.

  3. Pay. Checkout runs on Stripe; Fleeq never sees your card details.

  4. Wait a few minutes. After payment the server is built automatically: placed on a machine, given its ports, the software installed, and — for plans that include one — a database created.

    Usually When
a few minutes there’s room on an existing machine
about 20 minutes a new machine has to be brought online first
+10 minutes Rust only: it generates its map on first boot, after the server itself is ready
  5. Read the ready email. Its subject is Your <plan> is ready, and it contains:

    Live at: <your server's address>
    Control panel: https://panel.fleeq.net
    Username: <your panel username>

and a link to a page that shows your password.

  6. Open the password link — once. The page shows your panel password a single time and then erases Fleeq’s copy. Save it in your password manager straight away. Passwords are never put in email, because a mailbox keeps them forever.

Lost it before saving it? Use Forgot password on the panel’s sign-in page.

  7. Sign in at panel.fleeq.net with your username and password, then change the password from your account settings if you like. Your server is in the list.

A second plan bought with the same email goes on the same panel login: there’s no new password, and the ready email says so. Both servers appear in your list.
