Plans and licenses
Community is free and needs no key. Paid plans raise the limits:

Discovery, topology and findings are never limited.
Settings → License (admins) shows the plan, the usage against each limit and the license key. Paste a key from your purchase email or from your account page (license.fleeq.net) and press Activate. Or start a 14-day Pro trial with your email, once per address and per instance. From a terminal: wb license status, wb license activate.
The key is checked on your server. Online keys are also activated with the license server, which is checked about once a day (what’s sent). If it can’t be reached, or a subscription lapses, you get 14 days of grace with a banner; after that the plan returns to Community.
Back on Community. Nothing is deleted. Each server keeps 5 connected databases, the ones you’ve had longest, and the rest are locked: they still show up, but don’t open. The owner picks which stay usable, from the banner or from Settings → License.
Moving to another server. Use Remove the license from this instance, then activate the key on the new one. If the old server is gone, deactivate it from your account page.
